Photo Organizing is our specialty! Families used to own hundreds of photos but now get lost in a sea of thousands! This is your story - don’t let it get lost in dusty boxes and old devices. As one of the few Professional Photo Organizers in Florida (and our 18 years experience) we have organized and archived media, photos, mementos and textiles for Television stars, Documentary filmmakers and Super Moms. An average job includes content from 1900 to present with a mix of everything. We put it all in date order, edit out the duplicates and unnecessary, digitize them and store them for you in archival materials. We can also add metadata, transfer home movies, create beautiful albums, whatever you want done.
Even better, we can keep them organized with photo maintenance services. Once your collection is organized you can set up a yearly appointment to organize the previous years images.
The Photos
What does a Photo Organizer do and how does it work?
Typically, each job starts with a phone call or in-person consultation if that is possible. This allows us to assess the scope of your project based on the volume you have and what you want done. We will also take down any important dates and locations for your family, but if you don’t know much of your own history that is okay.
One of the best parts of our services is you do not have to be present for your photos to be organized. We are able to date and organize massive photo collections based on our own knowledge of photographic technology, history and our expert techniques. Some clients want to do it themselves with coaching or want to do it with the organizer in person, but most just want us to take it and work our magic! We have solutions for all three.

Product is in addition to the session fee and is discussed and approved prior to the job. Each client receives custom solutions based on their particular job and personality as well as in-depth organizational coaching throughout the session to know what is causing disorganization and the strategies to combat it.
